As a small Australian business, momentuum may fall under the small business exemption in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and isn't necessarily bound by the Australian Privacy Principles. Regardless of that exemption, we handle your information the way described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email, phone number, business name, and anything you tell us in an enquiry or discovery call, via our website contact form or booking page.
- Booking information — when you book a call via Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and any details you provide to schedule that call. See Calendly's own privacy policy for how they handle that data.
- Website usage data — pages visited, general location, device/browser type, and how you found the site, collected via Google Analytics.
- Anything you send us directly — for example, files or documents attached to an enquiry, if you choose to share them.
We don't collect payment or financial information through the website — momentuum doesn't process payments directly on momentuum.com.au.
3. How we use your information

4. Who we share information with
We use a small number of third-party services to run momentuum:
- Formspree — processes contact form submissions
- Calendly — handles call bookings
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and provides security/performance infrastructure
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies. We only share what's needed for them to provide their service to us.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using your browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking cookies won't affect your ability to use the site.
6. Data security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry and client information for as long as it's reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected — generally the life of any engagement plus a period for legal and accounting record-keeping — after which it's securely deleted or de-identified.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@momentuum.com.au. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
