I kept watching good businesses lose work they'd already earned.
A tradie misses a call at 4pm while on a roof. The person rings the next bloke. A physio clinic gets an enquiry at 9pm on a Friday — no one sees it until Monday. A bookkeeper spends three hours a week chasing the same clients for the same documents.
None of that work requires a person. It just requires a system. And for most small businesses, building that system has always felt too technical, too expensive, or too far down the to-do list.
That's the gap momentuum fills.
